2. To develop skills related to relief work including technical, networking, reconnaissance, problem identification, project proposal and implementation and fund raising and management.
3. To develop networking nationally and internationally.

OBJECTIVES

1. To respond to disasters happening locally and Internationally with short and long term measures.
2. To carry out humanitarian work for the marginalized and the needy.
3. To collect relevant data in disaster areas and among marginalized and needy groups for planning, implementation and evaluation of humanitarian work.
4. To uplift the name of the country in the eyes of the world.
