KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Relief Agency (MRA), Qatar Charity (QC) and the National Welfare Foundation (YKN) have jointly launched a Qatar Fund For Development ( QFFD ) static clinic in Sungai Petani , Kedah to cater for the healthcare needs of refugees in Malaysia.
